All prices in the online shop are non-binding and non-binding. The prices can be changed from the FIGHT-FIT Sports Ltd at any time. We ship via parcel post, transporter or pickup at our office. All orders which arrive before 12:00 clock, will be shipped the same day. Exception of orders with bulky goods. These will be shipped the next day.

The deliveries for regular customers performed normally on account. For new customers the first delivery is only against advance payment, cash, cash on delivery or PayPal. Payments by credit card are processed via PayPal (in foreign currencies only for foreign orders). The advance payment must be made within 5 working days. will be charged. When ordering pre-payment you will receive the order after checking the bill with a paying-in slip by e-mail. Upon receipt of the invoiced amount, we will immediately send you the items ordered.
For orders via PayPal available after checking the order a payment request from PayPal, upon receipt of the invoiced amount, we will immediately send you the items ordered.
For cash on delivery orders the goods will be delivered by Post and you pay for the goods directly upon receipt.
When you pick up, you pay for the goods at our bar office.
We do not accept payment in installments.

Clubs, schools and clubs will receive special discounts and volume. Offer demand.

Without prior approval by us, any claims arising from the contract may be assigned by you to any third party.

We deal with martial arts articles and not with your personal data. There are recorded only those data which are necessary to process the order and facilitate the handling of online shops for recurring customers. Personal customer data will be treated in accordance with the data protection legislation confidentially and neither to third parties nor used for third party advertising or sold.

Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity, effectiveness and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision comes another valid provision to apply, to the originally intended economic purpose of the replaced provision as far as possible.

Jurisdiction is Wetzikon (ZH). The purchaser expressly declares that he undergoes the agreed here jurisdiction waiving his normal residence-place of jurisdiction. The legal relationship is subject to Swiss law.
