Who are we?
The FIGHT-FIT Sports Ltd has its headquarters in Switzerland. The office is located in Wetzikon and is in operation in 2008.

How can I place an order?
The online shop allows private and corporate customers to place orders directly on the Internet. With the Guest account, you can directly place an order without having to open an account first. However, the opening of a user account has the advantage that you can always check the status of your order and pay for regular orders by invoice. To open an account, you fill out the registration form. We verify your information and send you e-mail your login. Now you are ready to place your orders.
 
Can I order by phone?
Of course you can also give an order by phone. However, our office is not always open and it may happen that we do not answer the phone. However, you can leave us a message on the answering machine and we will call you back.
 
Is there a shop?
We are a pure mail order and offer our products exclusively on the Internet. Therefore, we have no shop, where the goods can be tried. The products are delivered directly to your home or to participate in our office by prior agreement deadlines also be collected.
 
Can I exchange or return something?
Have you ordered something that you do not like or it does not fit? No problem! You can return the goods within 5 working days of receipt. Excluded from the return are all sanitary articles (for example, Mouthguards, Groin Protector, etc.) and products which have already been signs of wear by wearing. Please send us back the product in its original packaging. In exchange, we charge the usual postage costs.

I have received wrong or defective goods?
Although it is very regrettable and we do our utmost to avoid such situations, it may happen that goods are damaged or wrong goods were delivered. We checked before every delivery the goods for defects. Of course, you have the right to return the goods and to demand an exchange. Your postage costs will be credited as a credit and we assume the cost of the conversion.

How do I track my order status?
To track the order status of an order, you must have previously opened an account. Login with your user data to your account and go to status. Now you can check the status of your order.
 
Why do I have to order again via email to confirm when buying on account or cash on delivery?
We want to ensure our customers the highest level of security. Therefore you receive after ordering a confirmation email with all definitive data. We ask you to review them again and to confirm us by e-mail the accuracy of the order. With this step, you have additional assurance that the order was carried out properly and we know that you are in agreement with the execution.
 
Can I pay by credit card?
We accept credit cards via PayPal only. Available after ordering PayPal a payment request via email.
 
Can I pay for the goods by invoice?
For new customers, we accept orders only by cash in advance or cash on delivery. With prepayment we will send you an e-mail to the bill with a paying-in slip. Once the bill has been paid, the goods will be delivered immediately. Payment slips can be delivered by mail. For this we charge CHF 5 additionally. If you wish to pay by credit card, then we will send you a payment request via PayPal. For orders by cash, you must first open an account. Then the goods will be delivered by delivery service direct to you and you pay the courier directly at goods acceptance. If you regularly order with us, we will deliver by invoice.
 
Do you deliver abroad?
We carry a global shipping trade. For deliveries abroad always prepayment or PayPal is required.
 
Do we get a special discount as a club?
We perform a special program for clubs and associations. You will receive an individually tailored to your club special discount. Contact us via email and we will send you an offer.
